Frequently asked questions
What does a general pest treatment include?
Internal treatment of skirtings, wet areas and kitchens, external treatment of eaves, perimeter, weep holes and outbuildings, plus dusting of the roof void where accessible. It targets cockroaches, spiders and ants as standard, with a written warranty.
Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
For a standard treatment you only need to keep out of treated rooms until surfaces are dry — your technician confirms the exact re-entry time for the products used on the day. We plan around babies, pregnancy, asthma and pets when you book.
How often should a home in Southern Sydney be treated?
Once a year is right for most homes — ideally in spring before summer pest pressure peaks. Homes backing onto bushland or with previous termite history should also keep up annual termite inspections as recommended by CSIRO.
Are your treatments pet-safe?
We use registered products applied to label directions and give you the specific re-entry guidance for your treatment. Tell us about dogs, cats, birds, chickens or fish tanks when you book — treatments are planned around them.
